A renowned company, specializes in the manufacturing of Films, which are delivered all across Europe for diverse applications like Carry Bags, Poly Bags, Woven sacks, etc. The company is incorporated with a hi-tech infrastructure with, advanced and requisite tools and equipment, more than 15 blown film extrusion machines and a professional workforce.
Problem:
Manufacturer of recycled products. located at New Delhi, the company focuses only at scraps like Post Consumer, Irrigation Pipe, Mulch Film etc which are difficult to recycle.
Earlier, while processing recycled granules in the agglomerator/stroke mixer, the pellets used to loose their original properties and as a result of it, the granules which came out were neither round not solid. Moreover various moisture related problems were found during the extrusion process like:
